Can I exchange something in the store that my husband ordered from Macy's online? If so, what area of the store do I go to? I'm driving from an hour away and haven't been to this store before.

You can go to any register, but if you really wanna be safe, they've got a huge customer service place in the store past the sunglasses and purses.
