How old do you have to be to smoke hookah

NYC law was 18 years old but now it has changed. Many places to smoke or purchase hookah you must be 21 years old. Now not every place is like this but since Mamajuana is in a very popular area everywhere around Washington heights you must be 21. Hope this helps.
