After 3 weeks I still can't get over the bad experience in this place. The service is 10 there is no complaint. We celebrated a bday with my family in this place (party of 14) everything was good except LA CORVINA FRITA. It is good that some dishes are not North American, but the fried fish at a McDonald's is a thousand times better and it costs you 4 dollars. We ordered 6 corvinas and they all stayed there. The sea bass is fried in a pan with its respective seasonings, but it is "sea bass" because for me it was a white fish, they did not add salt, at most flour and directly to the deep fry. A horror that this is done to one of the traditional dishes of my beloved Ecuador. The bill was $670. The good thing that they took the delicacy of not charging me 1 corvina. It was a bad experience and it is very sad because for one detail I damaged everything else that was good. In short, I hope that the owner is seven and try his croaker and hopefully they fix it. On Super Chicken's response I remind you that you advertise yourself as “Best Ecuadorian Food” and the sea bass that you serve is not Ecuadorian at all. Now as they say “everyone has different taste preferences” the Sea Bass they served us did not even have salt. And that is an insult to someone who appreciates a dish. Thanks for responding and I just hope they fix that dish nothing else.
