Growing up in Forest Hills this Supermarket was Waldbaums. Now it's called Key Food. The selection is big but coming in from Florida the place is expensive. 1 bottle of creamer for my coffee was $14.00, in Florida it's $7. It's the only game in town!

Your entirely correct. When I saw the price of the coffee creamer I was shocked. The orange juice, ice cream, creamer, and assorted items ended up being $83. In Florida it would have been $35. What once once very Jewish and an amalgamation of different cultures is now basically Russian. I actually went to PS220, Halsey Jr. HIGH, & Forest Hills High School. I'm glad I was able to move my mother down south with me so now I can take care of her and she isn't alone in a building that everyone is smoking weed in. All I could smell in my old building where I grew up is Marijuana. Sad state of affairs Forest Hills has become.

You're 100% correct!! The lack of supermarkets in Forest Hills allows for price gouging.
