Do NOT send your kids there. I had my kids take lessons. Was yelled at and threatened by some rank and file instructor for my kid having one narrow strip of red coloring on an otherwise all white outfit because it violated the club's all WHITE dress code policy. Another week, they randomly changed rules and same instructor (Okan) did not allow parents to see kids practice (these are 5 year old kids). They did not properly chaperone my child from the entrance to the court and literally lost him - I heard him hysterically crying from maybe 100 yards away and ran to find him wandering around an outside corridor with no adult supervision in sight. Was yelled at again for violating a "club rule" by coming onto the court sidelines to give my child a tissue. Yes, a tissue. By the way, there's no club rules distributed or posted anywhere and was actually told by another instructor it was okay to come down. Never been treated with such disrespect as a parent, and as a minority, can't help but to ask questions as to why. Send your kids to Cunningham Tennis (I have zero affiliation). They are respectful to parents, have great facilities, and better teaching. Kids have improved dramatically and have had a great experience so far.

My husband wanted to join club for Tennis, and he also wanted our kid to take tennis lesson here. He called for lesson detail, and responed that we could attend open house. Unfotunately, a lady was RUDE to answer his phone, and kept saying to fill out forms and pay it!!! She also said many time that I did not understand. I am wondering why you answered the phone if you did not understand. Our family cannot trust this unprofessional business!!! This is totally BAD EXPERIENCE!!!

Was there for a friends baby shower. But if you like tennis, omg this is the place to be. Very historic within the walls of the club. Well maintained and run.

I like the place. I came for an event here and the staff was very courteous and friendly. It's a small cozy place. They have a parking lot use it. You have to call the desk and inform them in order to enter. Do not park on the street. You will be booted and the fee is $180. This is a private area you must have a pass to park street side. They do have handicap lift on the left side of stairs call desk to allow access on and off. Very convenient to get to by transit the E and F train to Forest Hills less than 3 blocks away or the Long Island Railroad which is 1 block away.
