I would be fair and give this place a 2 star rating rather than a 1 star. The staff at the front is very welcoming and friendly and they provide you everything you need. The downside of this place is that their dentists insist on an issue that you may not even have on your tooth/teeth so I would definitely recommend to go elsewhere and get a second opinion before you spend an arm and a leg for something you don't need. They will also try to guilt you into buying their expensive mouthwash.

I visited 2 months ago and received a cleaning from Dr. Menashehoff. She was phenomenal and the best dentist I've ever been to. The cleaning was seamless, no irritation at all during the entire process. The support staff were also very quick and efficient which I loved! Highly recommended to try this place out.

My crowns and root canal Dentists were great and were judged by NYU Dental College to be esthetically and alingement wise PERFECT. They are very kind , efficent and remimber to call and confirm all appointments including cleanings. The implants have mostly either failed or haven't been completed in 4 years from another dentist ,who is there sometimes. I am working with the AustinDental's practice to end this problem as they are concerned and ethical people. .

Not that i know of call and ask. I know they don't take my union dc 37 and local 371 they didn't take. But i liked them was gentle didnt cry once
I've had a comprehensive exam that included a cleaning, x rays. The hygienist was very thorough and took her time to explain everything going on. She answered all my questions and explained a plan of action that made sense and assured me that all could be fixed. The equipment was clean, sanitized and modern. Part of the xrays they took were panoramic films of my entire mouth.
