No, you can't drive in central park, best bet is to take public transportation and walk into the park, any garage near the park is going to be very expensive
Yes but you need a permit to drive through the park to get to The Boathouse and get nasty comments from all the bike riders who should know better

I only remember bicycle parking. But there may be limited car parking. I would not recommend using that though. I'd recommend either subway and walk in, or take Uber.
No there is not. Its in near dead middle of the park. Theres very limited parking outside of the park, but good luck on finding an open spot. We took the subway right into the park entrance and then walked to the boats.
