Do they make sandwiches to order like their other locations or is it just premade food?

They have hamburger station, pizza station, salad station plus other hot and cold food that you pay for by weight. There is a section that makes subs/hoagies or whatever you want to call them. They sample two, an Italian hero and one other but didn't really show the options.I didn't see where you can make something like just a ham sandwich on wheat bread.

There is a deli style station. You can had pick your bread type from bakery. You will pay twice for bread though. Bread selection at station is extensive though.
