Every morning I used to run over to get supplies to make breakfast before school starts. And grab a hero sandwich for lunch. If they have a precooked breakfast section similar to the hot chicken-wings table.

I guess it would depend on what you are ordering.... I believe the "foot long" heroes need at least a day because the bread is baked fresh for each one. They have done well by me with last minute orders though.
I don't think they do that. They do sell mixed fruit platters
