Horrible gym! Can't reach anyone to cancel! They charged me annual&monthly fees for months after I had emailed to cancel. Finally they responded&refused to refund. The gym facilities are overcrowded and they have no respect for their customers.

I just dealt with the same matter.

Vasa is by far the worst. I’ve dealt with the same thing. They make it impossible to cancel and charged me a years worth of membership fees nearly$600. Several of the ones I went to are rundown and dirty. All of them are inconsistent with what they offer with their amenities. They seriously need to clean up their facilities get organized and consistent with their business structure and amenities!

I had to contact them twice to get my membership downgraded, three times to change my gym location and had to pay $25 to make that change but, other than that it's a cheap gym which is nice.

I have similar issues with them.

Same thing happened to me. Didn't let me cancel and then sent me to collections for not paying. Crooks.
