I like the price of Vasa but I'm not a huge fan of the gyms quality. My issue with this Vasa is that it's not large enough to accommodate everyone that goes here. There are only 3 squat racks and not enough benches for everyone either. They have this fitness cinema which seems like a huge waste of space. I never see anyone using the fitness cinema. Overall I love the price and the staff is nice but it could better utilize it's space.

Corporate is out of touch with what members actually need at the gym. 90% of the time during peak hours, there are lines up to 30 minutes long to use the Olympic racks with floor padding. There are no lines to use 1/2 of the machines in the rest of the gym. My suggestion is to get more of what people actually use (3 more Olympic racks would be a great start) and get rid of low-use equipment so members have a better experience and have time to do the workouts they want.

As a customer of 8 years. I just moved away and needed to cancel, and they treat me terribly wanting to charge me fees even though I'm on a month to month plan!! Vasa's gyms are pretty great. But their corporate side is GARBAGE!!

I started in my membership thinking that $20 a month wasn't a big deal and I would use it enough that it would be worth it, I lost my job pretty soon after enrolling and tried to cancel. They charged me for the next 2 months and only after several phone calls as well as a dozen cancellation fees, I was finally able to cancel my membership. Unless you're very wealthy and you have plenty of free time to go to this gym I would not recommend. I wasn't able to use this gym once and ended up paying over $200 to these scam artists. On top of that the customer service was very rude and unfriendly.

Not cardio, but there are classes and sessions taught by instructors and it'll work you more than just cardio
I think you have to be 18 to sign up. But if you want to sign up your kid they have to be 13 or older. Not sure if you have to accompany them each time.
It was a year and a half ago, but if i remember correctly it was about $25.
Provo doesn't have daycare. Orem does. If you want month to month it is $10/kid/month. I believe you also have to have the more privileged membership to do that, not the $9.99/month, rather the $20/month. They'll then charge an $50 fee for a two year price lock guarantee after you're there for two months... Pretty ridiculous, but I still did/do it. Signing up for daycare is pretty easy using their app, but you first need to be shown how. Good luck!
