If I could give you zero stars I would. I am a prescribing physician. I attempted to call in an albuterol prescription for a young man who was having difficulty breathing. First, no one answered the phone after choosing “speak with a pharmacist from the automated menu”. Cumulatively, I waited 40 minutes on hold to discuss the patient situation and leave a prescription. No one ever came on the line. I also called and left all of my provider info and the prescription on the voicemail line for prescriptions. The patient went to the store, waited in a long line and was then told they needed a fax in order to fill the prescription. During their conversation I was on hold, but they refused to pick up the phone and talk to me or to call me. No fax was necessary to fill that prescription. You are not only giving misinformation to patients but actually delaying care and potentially endangering people. You should not even be licensed if this is how patients are received into your care.

Where to start… I have been to this pharmacy about 4 times and every single experience has been terrible. I’m talking specifically about the pharmacy, the store itself is fine. Not once has the pharmacy tried to contact me saying they received my prescription or whether or not it was ready, and when I try to call I have never been able to get ahold of them. So I have to go and hope they got my prescription and that it will be ready. The strange part though, is every time I have gone to the pharmacy to pick up my medicine, they have told me without fail that it will be ready in 30-45 minutes. The REALLY strange part is this last time I left after they told me that, came back to the store, spoke to another pharmacy tech and she then said okay it will take 45 minutes. I quickly told her no I was just told that 45 minutes ago, which then she said oh Um I’ll go ahead and expedite it for you, it will take 10 minutes. ARE YOU KIDDING? Very poor management, strongly believe the pharmacist and the techs need to be retrained and reorganized. Would NOT recommend getting your prescriptions here.

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy! I picked up a medication that was supposed to be refrigerated. I opened the package two blocks away from the pharmacy and noticed it was not cold AT ALL. Took me 15 min to get back to the pharmacy because I had to pick up the kids at school, which is 4 blocks away from the pharmacy. The pharmacist said it was refrigerated, but he wouldn’t even touch the box to check. He said he didn’t know what had happened after they gave me the medicine, but that for sure it was refrigerated. He said it tends to warm up fast. In 5-15 minutes a box that was in the fridge should retain at least a little bit of coldness, especially when it was inside a car with the AC on. I felt so dismissed and poorly treated. He wouldn’t even touch the box. That is not the way a person should be treated. At the end I just left because I felt like I was talking to a wall. I will never ever again come to this place.

Really patient employee helped me work out a return and repurchase so I could use the rebate coupon I wanted with the proper receipt type. So much better experience than I had at Walgreens just the other day where they refused to accept a coupon from their own store even though it wasn't expired yet, because their system wasn't working properly.
