He said/she said! Just because Mino Da Silva said it was 4:58 pm does not make it so. His watch could have been slow. Just because he said it was 4:58 pm, does not necessarily mean it was. Many times when people send complaints they fib. And, Shannon should not make any assumptions about me, when she knows nothing about me.
Ignore the prior answer. Donna obviously has no experience in the banking industry and if she does, she should be fired. All branches that are open until 5pm should see ALL customers that enter the branch until 5PM. That's how it works. Usually workers will refer you to come back if it were an application needing review or substantial time. I was in the banking industry for many years. Reach out to the branch manager. If that doesn't help, take your business elsewhere.

If you close at 5:00pm then it’s 5:00pm not 4:58pm
Is that how you show up for work also 2 minutes prior to start time?
A lot of places/banks/bars for example, run clocks ahead of time for x,y, or z reasons pertaining to their policy, so it could have been like 5:05 on their clocks, I know bars do it for obv reasons, and the bank next door to my work does it I think 8 mins fast so it might not even be their fault if their clock says past 5.
