DO NOT USE THIS CREDIT UNION! All the negative reviews are well deserved. Good luck trying to contact them. Extremely long wait times. They will give you an option for them to call you back . When they do it's a generic call center that DCU employees. They are not a DCU employee customer service representative. So needless to say they are useless and the end result is you will be told a DCU representative will have to call you back. Absolutely a waste of time. There mobile app is OK but definitely not worth it. If you use the app to make mobile deposit they will hold the funds for up to 7 days before releasing. NO OTHER BANK DOES THIS. I strongly recommend reading all and there are many negative reviews. I now wish I did. Don't make the same mistake I did.

The worse bank I have dealt with, customer service is a joke, the ATM has been down for days, it takes days to do a transfer from Bank of America to DCU, how do I go about paying my personal loan and credit card, I may have to tell them to go to hell. I don’t care anymore, I just won’t pay the loan or card. what a joke, do yourself a favor and stay away.

This is the worse bank I have ever dealt with in my entire life!! I have only been a member a week and there has been nothing but problems with my accounts. This bank has no clue what they are doing. The customer service is non existent. There employees need to be retrained and maybe take some customer service classes. Do your self a favor and find a different bank. There are plenty out there that are way more together than DCU. Horrible horrible horrible bank. They shouldn’t even get the 1 star.

Many times when people send complaints they fib. And, Shannon should not make any assumptions about me, when she knows nothing about me.

Yes, it's in the back of the building. There's a sign for it when you turn in to the parking lot on your right.
All banks are closed until after Christmas depending on what you need to do you can use the online banking app for transfers and then use your card at the atm other then that you have to wait till after christmas
