The theater is definitely not accessible. You need to climb steps to even enter the box office area and then it is two flights of stairs to get into the theater. Given this, I am skeptical of how accessible one can expect the restroom to be. However, I did not use the restrooms and I therefore cannot give you a definitive answer.
