Guys, it's 1AM... These folks work during holidays, they have to deal with unpleasant situations that would make us pull out our hair. Take a few moments to out yourself in that person's shoes before making a judgment. You might find a very different point of view.
It's a shame that people do not have any work ethic or the respect that I was taught all of my life. The customer service desk open or not is a place where the store should have its most mannerly people working and should not be a social gathering place when closed.
Technically the customer service desk is unattended at that time of night and whoever is available first to attend to the customer will do so. I'm sorry you had a bad experience tonight and hopefully your next visit is a better one.
