How long has it been Walmart policy to close Customer Service at 9:00 pm? No returns? Also, is it store policy that a customer cannot get ANY service in the electronics department after 10:00 pm? No access locked cases? Extremely poor experience.

Need more workers !

Due to lack of staffing things are shutting down early or not available. During COVID-19 a lot of left this earth. So many job openings.

I don't know but the Monaca store never has more than 1 register open. I will not put people out of jobs by using self checkout. I will leave everything and shop elsewhere.

I thought they could still do returns at the register after customer service is closed. They have for me.

Generally these departments are closed toward the end of the night due to a lack of staffing. There aren't enough associates to go around that late.
