There are actually two sides of the store. One is for voucher holders only. The other side is open to the public. The public side offers discounts on many items depending on how long it has been on display. There is also a discount for veterans if you ask.

If you want to take advantage of their free furniture, you have to get a voucher from the county. You can just shop there as a regular Shopper if you'd like to.
