This place is TERRIBLE FOR FAMILY AND STAFF. I worked here for a month and left. The staff is very toxic a long with management talking about you behind your back. I reported someone for being mean to a resident and the manager Ben looked at me and said well she always does that...oh no unacceptable. I woukd never put my family member in here ever. I feel bad for people who do. Also if you want to work here don't. People will already be starting fights with you and talking about you within your first week especially if you come with experience.

Memory "care " needs to be shut down! Management is horrible!! Giving one star is being very nice I had to click a star to get this to post. This place is NOT A "GOOD FIT" for any ones parent , grandparent, or sibling

We were promised one thing (good care), and received another (lies, incompetent nurses and aides and a whole bunch of run around about everything) . My mothers bed sore got so bad here, that it took her life. (We were told it was under control. Trying to let our mother have dignity, we believed them and never asked to see it. We shouldn't have, so yes, we blame ourselves too. I saw the bed sore 4 days before she died, because an aide told me we needed to. The sore was now bigger than a softball, black and down to the bone. I have proof of this and much more, which is why you can no longer see my review on Facebook or any of my comments on posts warning people about this place.

no pay as you go! My dad left in an ambulance and never came home! They make you think they're your loved one is in great care saddly they're not when you go in for the tour it is staged to make it look like they care. My dad was starving and they admitted to not giving him pills and acted like it was no big deal well he passed away from him not getting his 10 pills he needed and a broken arm so be cautious !! they act like your best friend! sad my dad was there just for respite care!!
