The phone is always busy because people are calling in their orders before they leave for the restaurant. Call in your order and you still have to wait, but not as long.
Yes open, delicious and always busy! If you are close I would place your order in person, super busy time of year for them.

Yes they're there. There are busy most likely taking orders and straight cooking in the Cocina. But I do know the Family does go on a 2 week vacation during the year; just don't know when they do. 😊
