It doesn't matter what is ordered, they do the orders in the order they were ordered. If you order one sandwich and the guy before you ordered something that's out. You have to wait until his order is done before they try to do the next order
This isn't an answer but I agree. The one on Ina Road has been even a longer wait for me. Doesn't matter if drive thru or if you go inside. I think they may have a different manager now and this will improve.
