Masked customers are allowed in the store only to pick up orders, or to inquire about specific books. (Curbside pickup and shipping are also available.) Pickups can be scheduled in advance, by phone or online -- we'll notify you by phone, text, or email when your order is ready. An air purifier and the HVAC fan are circulating the air; high-touch surfaces are wiped down at closing time; all staff are masked. Until our staff can all be vaccinated, we are closed to in-store browsing -- and we appreciate how understanding our customers have been! (3/23/21)
As of January 2022, customers must be masked and they limit how many people can browse at once.
I believe there is only inside store pick up, mask required and maybe curb pickup, but no shopping at this time. Just probably need to make contact with store. I went precovid so things different.
