Anyway to give negative stars? I purchased a phone from these guys through Amazon. Amazon is great by the way, but this company is terrible. My phone stopped powering on, I contacted them about a replacement, they informed me that my device is still under warranty and to send it back for a replacement. I did just that. They received the phone then said we cannot accept it due to its warranty expired. They said it expired on Sep 19th, but I sent the phone back Sep 5th. Anyway, so I asked them about the damage, their response was my warranty expired, to contact Amazon. After several more attempts they always responded with that exact same message. Warranty expired, contact Amazon. So I just asked if they could send me back the phone that I paid $800 for, and they did not, just continued to respond with the same response, "Warranty expired and to contact Amazon" Pretty childish or petty (maybe both) So as I am preparing to take them to court Amazon is agreeing to work with me. I appreciate Amazon, but Chubbietech, no way no how, ever again! *** update *** Amazon was good about this. After forwarding all of the responses and the receipt of my shipping the phone to chubbietech, Amazon gave me a refund.

I purchased a galaxy note 20 on Amazon from Chubbiestech, and it ended up being a blacklisted/stolen phone. (I assume if you read most of the other 1 star reviews, you can infer what has happened). Please take great precautions from purchasing from this store (to be honest, it almost seems to appear that devices there are denied refunds as they all (for some reason) seem to deactivate near their refund policy.

Purchased a refurb phone from them on Amazon. When I received it the volume did not work and the screen was a cheap aftermarket and looked terrible. Submitted a return request and was approved. When the seller received the phone they wouldn't issue refund because the phone was received "broken". They wanted to keep the money and the phone, read the reviews this is a common complaint with this company, Amazon had to step in and resolve by refunding my money, be careful purchasing from this company.
