There are free phone apps you can download that act as tuners using your phone's microphone. Ukuleles are tuned (g C E A) starting from the string closest to you looking down. You'll probably need to learn how to tune it on your own anyway since they often go out of tune within a few minutes or between playing sessions.
Like one person mentioned, there's many apps that can help you tune your ukulele. GC typically charges around $30 to re-string a guitar though this can vary from place to place depending on the tech. If money isn't an issue I'd give them a call and find out. However, I'd recommend using any tuning application to save yourself some money.
