If I didn't have to go to work everyday I would never pass thru this place. So many rude people and there hardly passes a day where I almost step in urine or vomit.

It’s a bus terminal, nothing really out of the ordinary. A lot of people are creeped out by here but unless you’re going during off hours, it’s not bad at all. If you are and you’re not from the area, travel in a group if possible and be aware of your surroundings, like anywhere else in NYC.

You can take the A Train to far Rockaway exit at the JFK Howard beach station transfer to take the Air Train that will take you to the airport
From Pennsylvania station you can catch subway to Brooklyn A/C
It depends on the route where you go from New York to New Jersey, if you go to Jersey Garden for example, until 4 in the afternoon, the Secaucus area, until 1: am, you can search the NJ buses application for better information.

About 4 hours. Years ago i traveled a lot to Saratoga Spring but it so long ago that i dont remember the exact time.
Yes, you must buy the ticket and then go to the corresponding gate. Anything consult on the spot.
Take the train.
If you can buy it and / or make transfers, they also have someone who speaks Spanish
Port Authority Bus Terminal stretches from 40th St to 42nd st & from 8th Ave to 9th Ave.
Go to Times Square, line (7) 15 stops to main station, walk to mains st/Roosevelt three stops to liden pl/32 av and walk one minute to Flushing Queens NY
Depends on where you are going? There are ticket booths all over the building. You can always google your origin to your destination and it will give the option of taking a bus like greyhound, peter pan ,and even local buses.Once you know the bus line you need, you can order online or go to the port authority in person.Hope this helps ,Good luck
The Bronx is pretty big, depends on where you are going, where you are coming from, etc etc. The bus might not be your best option. I prefer the subway
You can Mapquest it but there is literally no parking, so you would need a driver to sit & circle the block or rusk a ticket. Best route the "Ironhorse". A, C. E takes you 42nd in 8th Ave take the stairs right upstairs to bus station
The terminal is open 24 hours a day, every day with some variations on certain holidays. But as mentioned above, it depends on where you are going and the route you are going to take.
no idea, but parking in NYC is very expensive $$$$
3 floor
All boarding NJ transit should have a ticket or use app download nj transit app and you can purchase right from your phone the ticket uploads on your phone just show the bus driver and you are good to go.
24 hour service check there web site for time schedule
It depends on which country you travel and you must do it through a travel agency
Clown
I'm not sure, you can check Google maps and press the bus symbol
And
Penn station is on 32nd street and 8th Ave, bus terminal on 40th street , are you walking taking bus, or Subway, or cab? how much bags are you carrying? most depending on traffic and time of the day but i would give myself 20 -40 minutes minimum to orient myself if first time in the city
You can purchase tickets from the machines. If you're not sure you can always get help from a kiosk.
Depending where you are going if you are going Allentown Pennsylvania one way is $31.50 and around trip is 63.50
You can write clearer please
