Why don’t they ever pick up the phone what kind of party city is this

I'm going to guess no. I called them and stayed on a ringing phone for over an hour.

I've been in the store and i hear the phone ringing and no one is picking up the phone. Plus the staff is limited.

Maybe their phone line is down? I highly doubt they would ignore phone calls espically a business like them.
