Do you ever answer the phone?

I've never been in that area I had my card stolen and wanted to alert the manager because I had a time stamp on it but no one seems to care that they're going to lose out on a good chunk of change of merchandise because they could have prevented it and not shipped it because I caught it within the time frame but they don't want to answer the phone. I did report to corporate office already and they're not getting back to me either so Party City this is coming from a cake decorator who used to send business your way yet getting any anymore.

I spoke to the manager of that store and they seem to have excuse that they are too busy and under staff. So what I would suggest that if you're ever in the neighborhood complain to the manager or leave a feedback on Google
