You can request a wheelchair at the counter 😉
You do it with the airline you have a ticket with. They can meet you at ticket counter or at gates between flights etc. I'm a former travel agent. We frequently made that type of arrangements for clients. It is a free service.
They are all around y can jus grab one u may have to pay u may not
I've never done that before but I would either call the airline your flying on, or try guest services.
