All car rental is in separate rental car center. Ride train to get there, just outside and up stairs from baggage claim.
The Rental agencies are located by Baggage claim after renting they run you on a shuttle this place is Big!
I thought I saw some on the way in, but I'd imagine it's enterprise rentals, go to domestic baggage, there is signs for rentals
