Hartsfield Airport has multiple concourse where you board your plane. The concourses lead to a North and South terminal for, ticketing, baggage claim and pickup.

If you know you arrival gate, tell your pick up party the letter to your gate and they can pick you up at that concourse. Or, they can go to parking and you can take the train out to them
