Why don't they have more security or more employees on standby for first time flyers. The airport is very confusing. Missed my flight. I didn't even see a map.

Sorry to hear that Sharan, and it could happen to anyone at any airport. The only remedy I know of is to check and double check everything in advance. Maps of the place, times, and any other info available.
