CAn i park a 24 foot RV at the airport

You would need to contact the airport Parking authority about that, however I have a feeling the answer is no.

Why not park your RV at the RV park and take Uber?

Your right the airport Parking authority has information about that. Although unless they expanded the size of parking lot's they usually aren't big enough for that
