Defective vape, Leaky capsules. The capsules Very oily and slippery as if one exploded inside the container however Nothing seemed to be broken. Vape stopped working within hours. They have a great vape policy but not worth the ride all the way over.

Whats the question.. that tens to happen to the carts especially when left on the pen.. try charging the pen if not replace

I never had a problem with this company or dispensary. Its definitely better then some other companies/dispensaries. Id rather not call the other place. Etain will fix problem and im sure it was an anomaly. Good luck.
