Yes you can. As long as you have an I.D. or license from a different state. It would be a good idea to take a copy of your birth certificate. ππ πΊπΈ
You start with Oklahoma Department of Motor Vehicles with a current out of state licence, birth certificate, and current proof of residency. Then you can get a licence from the Tag agency.

No you can't get a license. I'm from TX originally I had to go to the DMV with my birth certificate (if married or divorce) you must show that...took the written and driver's again then got my license. With an ID you must have proof by birth certificate...hope this helps
