Have to call at 8am to make an appointment to get a license. Not everyone gets up that early some of us work late. I feel like they are trying to make the process as inconvenient as possible.

Please issue employees red noses and floppy shoes. They are clowns. I needed my DL renewed so I walked in. There was one other person inside and 2 employees. I was told that I had to schedule an appointment even though there was nobody there. A$$clowns

Terrible customer service. They had me book an appointment just to tell me that I didn’t when I showed up. There was no one around for 2 hours. The manager said that my concerns did not matter to her and I couldn’t be seen until next week even though I showed proof.

I had a good experience with gingers. I tried the usual tag office and they wanted me wait in line outside in 100 degree weather and very rude about it. One call to gingers made appointment Next day it was done Except waiting on the mail.. I believe all the issues are on the state for dragging their feet on the whole real I.D. thing anyway!
