No, sorry we are closed for the Holiday. However, if you need to make a payment, you can always call the company directly and pay over the phone or go to their website and pay. We will be reopening Tuesday at 10AM. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Why do they close b4 the 7pm mark and not give me my new policy number or information

No you can't, you can pay In person. Or over the phone. And they charge 3 dollars when you use your card.
