I'm sure if you would have made an appointment and explained the situation SOMEBODY would have left their chair open for you. Im sorry you are choosing another salon. Because from the services I've gotten... they are PRIMO! Very helpful and informative. I don't think what you are saying is fair. They are good people and a great shop.
Very Busy they. My wife was there for 4.5 hours to get nails and toes, plus it depends on who's chair you sit in. Some are sloppy and you must guide them to what you need done
