You should call and talk to their corporate office. Or write to the better business bureau (bbb).
It was the Weekend b4 Halloween. It was raining. I bought a child costume in the store on Central Avenue in Scarsdale, NY. Got home to find out that part of the costume was missing. Went to Bay Plaza, Bronx, NY to b told that I need to go back to the store that I purchased it from. Went back to Central Avenue where they had the balls to point out a sign that said, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES AFTER 10/24. I was heated by then and they were saved by the fact that I had the child with me. So: 1 - I told them that I c the sign. 2 - I know that it is after 10/24. 3 - The purchase was made after the 24th. Matter of fact, it was purchased a couple of hours ago. 4 - She has not warn it because it was incomplete. I was not loud, didn't need to be - ppl were paying attention to what I was saying and wanted to hear the response I would get. They corrected the problem and she got her costume. I then made a refund of a wig that she changed her mind about. Not happy
