any of the Party City I go to I don't have a problem getting through on the phone but every time I called them it's busy. How are you supposed to pick stuff up?

The phone lines is 50/50. The best thing to order your items via online. Select a store for your pick up, come there equipped with your phone, online receipt, and patience. You will show the P City employee your phone receipt at the door. They will get your order
