When I checked status of my payment for this week i got message that stated there was a problem with my claim. Ive tried to speak to someone but they keep disconnecting me. I tried to submit new claim but was unable to do so. What do I do now?

I am on the same boat, and I don't know how to fix the issue and/or obtain my claim funds. it's been a month now.

Only number no answer 4 days in this cant be ethical something has to be done
