As Kayla stated advise your server of an allergy. We go there and my wife had a wheat allergy. We let them know and they help with allergens. They just can guarentee there wont be any cross contamination. Most likely they dont have a separate prep area for allergens.
Just make sure you advise of her being allergic to insure they dont let her order something with peanuts in it.
