The interactive displays there are wonderful... There is a display where you can figure out how the Buddhas were made, and play on the keyboard with the songs off of the ancient Chinese bronze Bells... the descriptions are fascinating... I can spend half an hour in the gift shop alone... So it depends on what your interests are and how much details you want to learn.

You could easily spend 2 hours in either - they're both pretty big.
