Look at their rating. That says it all. They are extremely rude! Don’t care about disabled people at all. Didn’t want to help. Just ridiculed. Absolutely the worst I have been treated by a supposed professional person and I’ve had some bad doctors! The department of education doesn’t compare. They are horrible!!!

I am currently "on the phone" with a member of the call center. I went through all of the required prompts, "asked for customer service", listened to the elevator music, and within ten minutes the phone rings and I suspect that I am being transferred to a representative. Great right?!..WRONG.. the call is "answered" and the person literally sits SILENT... It's a sad comical effort to avoid ones responsibility. So we will wait.. I have time today... let's see how long both sit in silence waiting for the other to hang up... POOR PUBLIC SERVICE at its finest. I had to give at least one star to post, but this individual's service is undeserving to say the least. Every now and then I say "Sir/Ma'am you'll have to come off mute for us to effectively engage". Still nothing and so the the "silent game" continues...UGH! after 20 minutes of playing the "quiet game", I was hung up on.

COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. The lady kept cutting me off and rushing me and then she just hung up. So many bad reviews yet these people still have a job. DISGUSTING
