Depending upon the time of day you travel about 2 hours I will use an application like waze to navigate the best route.
In theory 2, maybe 2.5 hours (depending on where in Richmond), in practice it varies a lot with traffic. You're travelling through some of the worst traffic in the country, so allow a lot more time at rush hour
