I tried..crazy machine keeps answering..and jumps to the Bill first..had a signal sent..said tech support would call..which was like an hour ago..
I have to problem with mine. Even the internet is great...mite have to call the tech or go into the office they're very helpful...
I don't know why in your case however for my cable it's pretty fast so I don't know why! I'd call Xfinity and ask their technical help as too why and maybe they can help you!
