I literally just walked out and omg I can't even begin to describe how wonderful I feel. I don't want to name the lady that helped me get my title and registration renewed BUT she was so amazing!! Super friendly and had me out in 12 minutes!!! I highly suggest coming here just make sure you book an appointment online first. Bravo to the wonderful lady that helped me today! You have no idea how happy you have made me!

Rude customer service! Lord I hate this office with a passion. We’ve been here 6 times for a teen drivers license and EVERY time it’s a different story. None of the information is online. Make this a smooth process with info found online so people aren’t wasting time making appointments.

I was called up 3 minutes after I sat down, was helped by a very friendly woman named Karen (she had helped me earlier on the phone and even went as far as looking up my file to find out if I'd had a real id, themselves was lucky enough to get her in person too), and even though I didn't bring everything I needed in, she helped me figure out how to get what I needed to get my license, and all for less than $20! There's not even a point in going to an express.

2018/review :3 customer service reps 2 went to lunch right after I got there and had to wait 2 hours. I think that we as citizens should get a dollar off each minute we wait on our registration fees that get this lazy establishments butt in gear/2021 review maybe if they had more of the desk filled people could get assistance faster 😑
