I have 12 kittens and can not find homes ..I begged the ASPCA in Hagerstown MONTHS ago to help get the cats that keep getting dropped off at our farm to be spayed/neutered they now we are in desperate need of help for homes

Purrs doesn't do spay/neuter. They may be able to direct you a local group that could help you.
