I would say in between casual and formal. I wore a dress, heels, fur jacket and carried a clutch purse. I was attending a Chaka Khan concert. Although some people did have on jeans. But the theater has a vintage dressy vibe to it, with red velvet carpet, plush curtains, brass banisters etc.
Not nearly as formal as expected.
I say casual to formal depending on the show. I just saw Sinbad last Saturday it casual dress, jeans ok too.
I would say casual, formal even a little down dress.
Almost anything. I would dress with class depending on the show. Jeans are usually fine.
