It depends heavily on the show. The lowest I've seen has been in the $40-50 range, and they often go over $200 for ideal seats at popular events.
We paid $53 for perfect middle seats but it was a 10pm show, which is generally cheaper. It really depends on the artist.
The past several shows I've seen there were in the $70 range for around 10th row center.
