For a sold out show You get there as soon as doors open and go to the balcony. They will have an attendant there. Ive seen the price range from $15-$35. You can’t usually pre purchase these. With the tables those are vip tables and come at a premium. You contact their vip seating hotline before the show.
The venue that I attended at The Fillmore was stranding room only. There were no seats
U have to purchase the seats online or when u get there there is an attendant who will upgrade ur tickets for another additional 75$ depending on the concert.
Balcony seating is premium. When i went, the ticket people said it was around 80 additional dollars per person to sit there. Hope this helps. p.s. it might have been more than $80. maybe $100? I don't exactly remember.

The shows are usually GA so you can walk up there. Or you can sometimes buy tickets that are for balcony
